These starter SMS Terms describe future text-message features that may be used for appointment coordination. SMS functionality is not represented as active on this website.

SMS Program Purpose

Future SMS/text messaging features may be used for appointment reminders, confirmations, ETA updates, access notes, status updates, and service-related coordination.

Consent Required

Businesses using CoordineXt must obtain all legally required consent before entering or messaging a customer, tenant, homeowner, employee, contractor, realtor, or other contact.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency may vary by appointment and business workflow. Message and data rates may apply.

STOP and HELP

If and when SMS functionality is active, recipients can opt out by replying STOP and can request help by replying HELP. Opt-out requests should be honored promptly.

Prohibited Messaging

Do not use CoordineXt for unsolicited marketing texts, spam, harassment, deceptive messages, or unlawful communications.

Compliance Responsibility

Businesses using CoordineXt remain responsible for TCPA, state telemarketing and texting rules, privacy rules, and other applicable laws.

Mobile Information

Mobile information should not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Future SMS providers may process messages only as needed to deliver service-related communications.

No Delivery Guarantee

CoordineXt does not guarantee message delivery, timing, carrier availability, or recipient action. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
